Club Commitments

The following commitments were established in 2003 by the Eastcoast Dolphins Management Team.

To communicate with all club members.
To keep the club social, friendly and comfortable.
To keep fees/costs reasonable.
To welcome all skill levels.
To treat all club members fairly and equally.
To give players the opportunity to input ideas and provide confidential avenues for the raising of grievances.
To support all club members in their goalie/umpiring pursuits.
To provide organised weekly trainings.
To provide a range of services and materials to compliment trainings and games.
Club decisions are for the benefit of the club.

To pay fees on time.
To be punctual and attend trainings and games.
Participate in club functions and fundraising, and assist where possible with club duties.
To offer ideas, and address concerns with the club as they arise.
To welcome all skill levels.
To be understanding of the club’s commitment to the association and assist when required.
To be open and honest with your commitments.
To take all due care with uniforms and equipment.
Take responsibility for your fitness.
To commit to the club’s core values, mission and rules.
