Summer Registration

Terms and Conditions of Entry

Competition

1. Training is 20th and 27th October 2010 - COMPULSORY
2. Playing Wednesdays either 6.30, 7.30, 8.30 or 9.30pm
3. Field time is 25 minutes before your match.
4. If players are unable to play they are required to contact the Club Manager and advise of their unavailability no later than 4.30pm each Wednesday.
5. Failure to give advance notice will result in a match suspension for the next scheduled match.
6. Players are required to take care of their fitness levels so as to avoid injuries that may render their team short of numbers.

Fees

1. All fees are due and payable upon registration and become a liability once you take the field for the first match.
2. If you are unable to pay your fees up-front, please speak with the Club Manager immediately.
3. Fees $125.00 plus $10 for socks (if you do not have the required colour) – black bottoms required.
4. Players who have to withdraw will not be refunded fees unless a replacement player can be found for them.
5. In the event of a replacement player being found, the two players will share the cost of the full competition fees based on games played and games left to play.

Commitment Levels

1. Players are asked to be open and honest with their commitment and advise the club of anything which may arise which will prevent them from honouring their commitments as set out above.
2. The club reserves the right to exclude a player from their team for failure to attend 2 or more matches without explanation.
3. If it is likely that you will miss more than 3 games you should consider your ability to register.

Payment

To complete registration, full payment is required by 27 October 2010.
